  • How can I attend the Digital Innovate Summit?

    The Digital Innovate Summit is an invite-only event, and we are accepting requests now. You can request an invitation here. You will receive an invitation to submit payment and secure a seat should your request be approved by the Organiser.



  • What is the format of the event?

    The Digital Innovate Summit is an in-person, by-invite only event. If you are not based in Singapore, you can also request for online participation via private URL. 

  • When and where does the Digital Innovate Summit take place?

    The Digital Innovate Summit is a full day event on 15 June 2022. It will be helf at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore.

  • Is there a dress code?

    The dress code for the event is Business Casual.

  • What are the types of tickets available?

    Full Price: S$728

    Early Bird Price: S$598

    ZJEA & PIF member Price: S$498

    Online Price (for outside SG only): $398

  • Does your ticket price include tax?

    No. ticket prices are subject to prevailing taxes. (GST)

  • What is included in the ticket?

    The ticket includes access to a specially curated programme throughout the Digital Innovate Summit, including the Start-up Pitch, Expert Sharing Sessions,  Two Coffee/Tea Networking Sessions and an Industry Networking Lunch.

  • When is the latest I can request for an invite?

    Requests for invitation will close on Tuesday, 14 June 23:59 (GMT+8 Singapore).

  • Can I buy the ticket on-site at the event?

    As the Digital Innovate Summit is an invite-only event, there will be no ticket sales on-site.

  • I have requested an invitation but have not received any feedback. What happened?

    The committee is currently reviewing the requests and you will receive an email reply within 7 day.

  • I received my invitation. How do I recommend my colleague for the event?

    You can encourage any interested participants to request an invitation.

  • I won’t be able to attend the event in person. Can I do it virtually?

    Yes, you can choose to join online if you are based outside Singapore. But we highly encourage you to join in-person to seize the change of networking.

  • I am a start-up founder. How can I request to pitch my business?

    Please reach out to finaim_forum@mas.gov.sg and we will arrange meeting with you.


  • Do I need to be vaccinated against Covid19 to attend the event?

    No, you do not need to be vaccinated to attend the event.

  • What are the measures taken against Covid19 at the event?

    We will be following national guidelines in Singapore and where necessary, we will be enhancing these measures to provide additional safety and comfort to the attendees.

  • Can I send in a substitution?

    Substitution is subject to approval. Please reach out to finaim_forum@mas.gov.sg with your request. 

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    If you find yourself in any of the below scenarios within the 14 days before the event, we’ll be happy to move your ticket across to next year's event in 2023 so that you can have peace of mind that it won't go to waste:


    The country/state that you live in closes its borders to travel


    The country/state you live in issues advice not to travel to Singapore


    The country/state you live in has imposed an unavoidable quarantine on return from travel


    There is an unavoidable quarantine on arrival in Singapore


    There is a further lockdown phase in the country/state you live in that prevents you from leaving your home except for essential requirements then your pass will be transferred

  • Can I request for a refund if I cannot make it to the event?

    All tickets paid are non-refundable. Please see the cancellation policy above.

  • I am a member of the press, can I attend or cover the DIS?
